3. Funding Disclaimer
Pronto-Credito provides **merchant cash advances and working capital loans**. These are **not traditional loans** and should not be construed as such. Approval and funding are subject to verification of business revenue, documentation, and underwriting review.

Funding is not guaranteed and may take up to 7 business days after all required documents are received.
- Funding is provided in-house; we do not use third-party brokers or agents.

4. Repayment Terms
Repayment is based on terms discussed and agreed upon in your funding agreement, including:

- Fixed monthly repayment rates (never exceeding 20%)
- An additional 5% of monthly business revenue may be applied toward your outstanding balance
- No daily or weekly repayments will be required
- Early payoff within 12 months may qualify for a 5% rebate bonus
- Failure to comply with repayment terms may result in collection efforts or legal action

5. Personal Identity Verification
To comply with ACH processing and anti-fraud requirements, we require personal identity verification before funds can be disbursed. We securely process and store your information according to industry standards.

6. Credit Score Required for fixed terms (for Business Funding)
We do not base business funding decisions on personal credit scores. However:

- Personal credit scores of 700 or higher may qualify for personal lines of credit at rates between 7–9%, issued via the Pronto-Credito Mastercard.

7. Non-Traditional Business Eligibility
We fund non-traditional businesses, including but not limited to cannabis dispensaries and other high-risk industries. All clients must comply with applicable state and federal regulations.

Clients who return all requested documentation within 24 hours of speaking with a Pronto-Credito representative will receive:

- A professionally designed website
- No setup or design fees
- 3 months of free hosting and maintenance
